Center for foster care and adoption Novi Sad

On February 10, 2025, training for professionals from the Family Accommodation and Adoption Centers in Novi Sad and Subotica, as well as representatives from the Centers for Social Work, began. The training, titled "Family Tailored to the Child – Alternative Care for Children Who Do Not Live with Their Biological Family," is accredited and focuses on standard foster care. It is organized by the Association of Centers for Family Placement and Adoption, with financial support from UNICEF.
This is the first of three planned training sessions in the AP Vojvodina region, aimed at professional staff from the Family Accommodation and Adoption Centers and selected Centers for Social Work across the province. The training took place in Palić from February 10 to 12, 2025.
