In the period from 14.10. to 18.10.2024, we hosted the Dutch organization "Kinderperspectief", which has been organizing professional exchanges in the past 10 years. The workshops were held on Monday, October 14; Tuesday 15.10. and Thursday 17.10.2024. in the hall of the Children's Village "Milorad Pavlović" in Sremska Kamenica. On the first day of the workshop, a tool for the development of emotional regulation in children and young people was presented and participants were given the opportunity to try their hand at using this tool through exercise. On the second day of the workshop, participants were introduced to emotional attachment styles and their application in everyday practice, as well as to solution-oriented therapy. On the third day of the workshop, the application of systemic constellations in the field of foster care was discussed, where the participants again had the opportunity to try their hand at using this method. On the same day, the methods "Choplist" and "Pictures & Words" were presented, followed by the commencement of certificates to the participants. It is necessary to mention that the guest of the third day of the workshop was Živko Popovski Cvetin, a painter and peacemaker from Macedonia, who painted one "Flower of Peace" for each of the participants during the workshop.
