A MEETING OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, EMPLOYMENT, VETERAN AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS-SECTOR FOR SOCIAL PROTECTION WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CFCA WAS HELD
At the invitation of the Ministry of Family Care and Demography, 01.02.2023. in the Palace of Serbia, a meeting was held between representatives of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs -Sector for Social Protection with representatives of Centers for Foster Care and Adoption, the Republic Institute for Social Protection and the Association of Centers for Social Work. Bearing in mind that analytical data and information from practice indicates that in the system for child protection without adequate parental care there are not enough foster families in relation to the needs of children, especially for certain forms of foster care (emergency foster care and foster care with intensive support), the topic of this work meeting was a more intensive promotion of foster care and informing citizens with the aim of improving the protection of children without adequate parental care.
In front of CFCA Novi Sad, this work meeting was attended by the director, Ivana Koprivica.
