A round table of supervisors from Centers for Family Care and Adoption from all over Serbia
In front of the Center for Family Care and Adoption Novi Sad, supervisors Vesna Aničić and Tamara Blagojević in cooperation with the Republic Institute for Social Welfare on 31.05.2022. have organized a Round Table entitled "Difficulties and Challenges in Supervision in Centers for Family Care and Adoption". A special review was focused on the risks and factors of professional burnout with the aim of preventive action. The Round Table included supervisors from Centers for Family Care and Adoption from all over Serbia.
