Friday, December 13, was reserved for socializing with students from the Social Work Department of the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad.
Twenty young people had the opportunity to meet three foster carers from the Novi Sad Foster Care Association with clubs and to learn more about foster care in a direct conversation with them.
The meeting was held in the premises of the CPSU NS in the form of a "Living Library". "Living library" is a working method where books are living people who, in direct contact with readers, convey their life stories and contribute to the fight against prejudice.
Three books were available for students to read, each rich in different experiences in its own way. Foster carers openly shared their experiences with young people who were interested in asking questions and learning more about this form of alternative care for children without adequate parental care.
