On Tuesday, October 29, 2019. two parallel trainings were held for professionals and potential service providers at the Center for Social Work in Subotica. The trainings were held as part of the project "Development of foster care in AP Vojvodina", which the Center for Family Care and Adoption Novi Sad is implementing in cooperation with UNICEF.
The training participants were greeted by Predrag Radović, Assistant Provincial Secretary for Social Policy, Vesna Kantar from the Provincial Secretariat for Social Policy, Demography and Gender Equality, Dragana Kilibarda, Director of the Center for Family Care and Adoption in Subotica and Ivana Koprivica, Director of the Center for Family Care and Adoption Novi Sad. The "Temporary Family Care" training program for professionals was designed to provide additional training and new knowledge about the service to professionals from the Centers for Social Work and Centers for Family Care and Adoption, thereby contributing to the development of the service in the territory of AP Vojvodina. intended for foster carers and parents of children with developmental disabilities, aims to familiarize participants with the service of temporary family care and affirm future service providers.
