Workshop for the development of a strategic plan of the Association of Novi Sad foster parents with clubs
On Wednesday, October 16, 2019, in the premises of the Center for Family Care and Adoption in Novi Sad, the first in a series of workshops was held for members of the Novi Sad Foster Care Association with clubs. The workshop was led by Mirjana Beara, and 12 foster carers and 3 professional associates of the CPSU participated in the work.
During this meeting, the process of developing a strategic plan began, which included defining the values and principles of the Association, as well as the vision and mission of the Association. In addition to developing a strategic plan, trainings on public advocacy and public speaking will be organized for foster parents, all within the project "Development of foster care in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina", financially supported by UNICEF.
