Training program "A Safe Step to Foster Care"
The Center for Family Care and Adoption in Novi Sad started during the month of April with the program of preparation and training of candidates for foster care. The preparation and training program "A safe step to foster care" consisting of eleven thematic units is realized for one group in the premises of the Dr. Milorad Pavlović Children's Village in Sremska Kamenica. The group consists of 15 families, candidates for foster care from the municipalities of Novi Sad, Bečej, Bačka Palanka and Inđija.
This is a regular regional activity of the Center for Family Care and Adoption in Novi Sad since it started working directly with beneficiaries in September 2015. In this way, the Center for Family Care and Adoption Novi Sad encourages the development of a network of foster families on the territory of Južnobački, Sremski and Srednjobanatski administrative districts.
