Round table “Support of foster care in local community”
On Thuesday 0712.2016. round table “Support of foster care in local community”was organised by Centre for Foster Care and Adoption Novi Sad for representatives of the business sector, as well as representatives of cultural and sports institutions.This round table is part of program “Counseling and therapeutic services for children in foster care – Centre for Foster Care and Adoption Novi Sad”, that is implemented with the support of the City Administration for Child and Social Welfare of the City of Novi Sad.
The event was attended by representatives from the National Employment Service, Psychological counseling center "Skala", Faculty of Law and Business Studies Dr Lazar Vrkatić, Japi com system, the Agency for Education and Consulting EduSintezis Novi Sad, and a representative of the supervisory board CFCA Novi Sad. Also, the meeting was attended by representatives from the Sokol Society "Vojvodina", Cultural Centre of Novi Sad, Novi Sad Archery sports organization, the Cultural Artistic Association "Svetozar Marković" sports club "Lions 07", the Basketball Association of Vojvodina, the District Basketball Association Novi Sad, Art Association Inbox, Kulturanova / Cinema City, as well as world champion in savate boxing Goran Bajšanski.
The results of previous work of CFCA Novi Sad were presented by representatives from our Institution,with the aim of improving foster care services and improving the quality of life of children in foster care, strengthening inter-sectoral cooperation. Also, at this meeting, the partner organization Children's Village "Dr Milorad Pavlovic" was presented to all participants.
