Panel: "The challenges of digital communications and the protection of children from violence on the Internet"
On the occasion of the International Day for prevention of abuse and neglect of children which is celebrated on 19 November and the International Children's Day which is celebrated on 20 November, the Center for Foster Care and Adoption Novi Sad has organized a panel discussion on the theme "Challenges of digital communications and the protection of children from violence on the Internet" . The event was organized on Friday, 18 November 2016 at the Center for Social Work Novi Sad. The forum was intended to foster parents, children and youth in the foster care and the goal was to inform about digital representation of the phenomenon of violence, as well as risks and opportunities for prevention and intervention in situations where a situation of digital violence occurs. All participants showed a high level of interest in the topic and actively participated in the discussion that followed the presentations. The panel was also attended by Deputy Provincial Secretary for Social Policy, Demography and Gender Equality dr Milka Budakov and Ivana Koprivica, director of the Center for Foster Care and Adoption Novi Sad .. they welcomed all the participants and emphasized the importance of the topic tribinabavi also they participated in the discussion block.
