Gaining Abilities for a Constructive Communication
On June 29, 2016 in the premises of Centre for Social Work Novi Sad there has been conducted yet another workshop within the project Advisory – therapeutic Services for Foster Children by Center for Foster Care and Adoption Novi Sad. The project is supported by the finances of City of Novi Sad. The theme of the workshop was Gaining Abilities for a Constructive Communication with Children and Adolescents.
During this workshop foster parents and the representatives of the Centre for Foster Care and Adoption were discussing the topic of desirable and undesirable ways of communication and types of communication. Moreover, a very important topic of active listening has been covered, which is the essence of quality interaction.
The project is planned to keep on until the end of this year. During the summer months the number of workshops is going to be reduced, while from autumn the project will continue in its full scope.
