Program of preparation for adoption is finished
Center for Foster Care and Adoption Novi Sad for the first time organized a program of preparation for the adoptive parents, the training lasted from 21-23. June, 2016. The program contains 6 thematic units and aims to ensure that candidates gain the necessary knowledge and skills in order to better respond to the needs of the child.
The program was attended by 6 adoptive families from Novi Sad, Zitiste, Stara Pazova i Novi Becej. The program was implemented at Children's Village "Dr Milorad Pavlović" in Sremska Kamenica.
It is planned to organize another program of preparations for adopters to the end of 2016. In this way Centre for Foster Care and Adoption Novi Sad develops network of adoptive families in South Backa, Srem and Srednjobanatski District.
